Food Diary Week One ...

Hey Lovelies, So tonight is weigh in and Im just going to do a food diary just to show what I ate this week.

Wednesday
Breakfast (FREE) - 2 pieces of bacon, two eggs, beans.
(HEALTHY EXTRAS) - two weetabix and semi skimmed milk warmed in the microwave.
Cup of tea using milk from my healthy extras and one sugar - 1 sin

Lunch(FREE) - chicken salad.
                      - water
                      - mullier light

Tea - 2 sausages - 10 sins
         mash potatoe - free
         pea and carrots - free
      - glass of water

Before bed I drank the rest of my milk allowance

Total sins - 11

Thursday
Breakfast - same as Wednesday

Lunch - ham and egg salad.
          - water
          - mullier light

Tea - Jacket potatoe, ham and salad.
       - one teaspoon of butter on potatoe - 1 sin

Total sins - 2 sins

Friday
Breakfast - same as Thursday

Lunch - two boiled eggs.
          - one piece of brown wholemeal bread with one teaspoon of butter - 4.5 sins
          - water
          - mullier light
          - apple

Tea - chicken wrapped in bacon, peas carrots, broccoli bolied potatoes

Total sins - 5.5 sins

Saturday
Breakfast - 2 weetabix semi skimmed milk. 1 teaspoon of sugar - 1 sin
               - handful of grapes

Lunch - gammon jacket potatoe salad.
           - 1tsp butter - 1 sin
           - 1 tbsp salad cream - 3.5
           - strawberries
           - satsuma

Tea - rice, chicken and pea
      - water
      - melon

Total sins - 5.5sins

Sunday
Breakfast - 2 weetabix and milk. 1 teaspoon of sugar - 1 sin

Tea - Gammon, jacket potatoe and salad
       - 1 tsp butter - 1 sin
       - 1 tbsp salad cream- 3.5 sins
       - strawberries
       - grapes

Total sins - 5.0 sins

Monday
Breakfast - Mullier light and an apple

Lunch - 2 ryvita, cucumber onion and two babybel

Tea - rice chicken peas
       - satsuma
       - melon

Total sins - 0 sins

Tuesday
Breakfast - bacon egg one piece wholemeal bread with butter - 5.5 sins

Mullier light
Apple
Satsuma
Melon

So thats my week in food, its quite boring I know but just wanted to keep a note of it.
